Mr. Manoj Tiwari (Managing Director)
Meet Mr. Manoj Tiwari, our Managing Director with an illustrious career spanning over four decades. Armed with a postgraduate degree in management from IIM Calcutta and an engineering background from BIT Mesra, Manoj embarked on his professional journey in 1982. He began as a graduate trainee at Tata Steel and later transitioned into entrepreneurship in 1989 within the information technology industry. Throughout his career, Manoj has left an indelible mark in every environment he's touched. From leading the bearings division at Tata Steel to nurturing the NIIT Franchise in Ranchi, his leadership prowess has been evident. He's made significant contributions to the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem and has been a driving force in the Rotary movement in Bihar and Jharkhand. Beyond his professional endeavors, Manoj remains actively engaged in various alumni associations, demonstrating his commitment to community and collaboration.
Mr. Shantanu Tiwari (Director)
Mr. Shantanu Tiwari is a seasoned graduate engineer from BIT Mesra, whose journey in the industry began in 1987. Commencing his career at Tata Steel, Shantanu quickly honed his technical acumen before embarking on a collaborative venture alongside his elder brother and partner, Manoj, in the realm of information technology.
As the technical cornerstone of the group, Shantanu serves as the beacon of delivery leadership, guiding the company to success with his unparalleled technical expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence. Under his mentorship, numerous aspiring individuals have flourished, benefiting from his nurturing yet demanding guidance.
