A press which meets the stationary

large organization.
The press department will like to periodically ask
for the annual requirements of the stationery from
its internal customers, bulk it to arrive at the
quantity to be produced, plan the raw material
requirement, get financial concurrence from the
management and complete the ordering receiving,
printing (pre press, press and post press activities
including outsourcing) to send intimation to its
internal customers to pick up the ordered quantity.
Our solution covers the entire cycle of activities
including the HR area and document tracking.
b. Commercial Printing Press
A press which prints myriad products like books,
annual reports, security printing products like
ballot paper, lottery tickets and cheque books.
The estimation of cost and price of the work,
approval by clients, procurement of material,
creating a job ticket, production planning, creating
bill of material and routing for press, pore press
and post press work, managing the entire range of
printing activities through capacity ledger entry
(docket entry), keeping an eye on the capacity
utilization and uptime of machines, wastages, human
resource management and payroll, the entire
financial cycle including the statutory reporting
and costing to steer the organization to higher
profits is the current coverage of the solution..
