Customer acquisition
There are various means adopted to attract enquiries to the organization. The enquirers have to be given details of the property available and the emphasis is to convert the enquiry to bookings. Once the customer makes a booking, the legal formalities are completed and installment plans are worked out. The requisite assistance for taking a bank loan is give to the customer.
The revenue stream is linked to the speed of development of the property. At each stage of completion the customer is expected to pay an installment. Project planning and execution
