Manoj Tiwari
With engineering from Birla Institute of Technology (Mesra, India), Management Education from Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta, India), Mr.Tiwari had a very successful stint with Tata Iron and Steel Company (India) for 7 years before he turned an entrepreneur in 1989 and setup his first IT business as a franchisee of NIIT Ltd. at Ranchi, Bihar, India. Now the Samdhan Group has expanded it's operations from computer education to other services in information technology.

Shantanu Tiwari
Engineer from Birla Institute of Technology Shantanu , has worked in the bearing manufacturing unit of Tata Iron and Steel Company (Kharagpur, India) for two years. In 1989 he joined his brother Manoj in the venture and then contributed full time into the company in various capacities as the technical and managerial backbone of the group.

Sandeep Tewari
Sandeep has over thirteen years of experience in the software industry. He started his career as a software engineer with the computer services division of Tata Iron and Steel Company. He left Tata Iron Steel Company to pursue his Master's degree in Computer Science at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. After completing his Master's Sandeep moved to the Silicon Valley to work for Lockheed Martin where he did cutting edge research in the field of 3D graphics and Web based applications. Sandeep then moved to Nexprise, Inc., a start-up. Sandeep currently works for Informative, Inc., another start-up. He is interested in the areas of Computer Graphics, Web-based applications, Database management systems and distributed systems. Sandeep's prime reponsibilty at Samadhan is to provide technical expertise and to look for new business opportunities. Sandeep holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Regional Engineering College, Trichy.
